Brand Strategy

Brief
Daleva Design has transitioned from a furniture studio to a service-led practice offering architectural and interior design, utilising AI as a tool within their projects. Rada Daleva wanted to understand how best to make this new approach seamless and fit into her brand, emphasising some of the core aspects of what makes Daleva Design different from its competitors.

Solution
To assess the current positioning, I completed a digital audit that looked at the brand presence as well as Rada's personal credibility. Having identified the direction of the brand and its services, we worked to distill 3 core pillars for the brand that covered a design ethos, method of working and service.
Naturally this led to a depper competitor analysis that helped to identify precedents and references of similar studios across scales. Through this, I was able to suggest a set of short-term goals that could be implemented to further the strategy.
Additionally, I offered two workshops that looked at curating a content calendar and how to ensure a sustainable approach as well as a framework that allows the strategy to take shape within the brand's website redevelopment.
