Visual Identity
Brief
Meghna Deora is looking for a refreshed and cohesive visual identity that works across a range of media and can be further expanded in the future. The identity should reflect her brand values and appeal to her clientele whilst remaining impactful and minimal. As a sole practitioner this should complement her personal brand.
Her design approach solves key pain points for homeowners, small developers and cultural projects through emotionally integrated design, and simplifying the design process into clear, humancentered thinking.
Solution
This visual identity also involved an exercise in understanding the brand tone of voice and how this complements Meghna's personal brand. Following this, I was able to design a bespoke typemark that offers a luxurious yet approachable feel to the brand. Inspired by textures and building materials, the mookdboard developed included warm shades such as an olive green and brown.
After combining the typemark and colours together, I explored several applications of the brand such as stationary, business cards and social media content to understand the hierarchy and usage constraints.
